We answered your question before. An ESR of 19 may be slightly elevated (out of range) by some lab references but it has no clinical significance and your doctor won't do anything about it.

Details matter, trends and context. Hard otherwise to comment, for as long as your doc is aware, trying to research it on line will only create anxiety. ESR is a non specific, non diagnostic test, normal range is up to 20 in general with upper normal limit being lab specific.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if slightly elevated ESR is all there is, it is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
