When you post on this site you need to provide as much detail as possible for a reasoned answer to be given. Your doc looked at the result and was not concerned. You did not provide the lab result/how high was high or that labs "normal" values. Depending on doctor google will usually create more stress than answers. Please start over and provide detail. An interested site doc will then answer.

Details matter, trends and context. Hard otherwise to comment, for as long as your doc is aware, trying to research it on line will only create anxiety. If taking Ca containing supplements, stopping or limiting them would be a good idea.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual result and your serum albumin level also, as calcium needs to be assessed in concert with albumin. Wish you good health!
