Go to your Doctor’s office. They’ll be happy to explain what you are seeing. If the area becomes warmer, tender or you see any drainage, you need to go to the Doc. If it’s dusky or gray it’s an emergency. Be sure to be taking your antibiotics and instructions given.

could be dried blood. wash gently with a mild antiseptic. If not gone in a few days see your surgeon
