Yellow liquid in surgery wound its not seeping out of the wound the area is also very itchy the surgery was to remove a testicle as it died from torsion and then the testicle got a infection. should i get this looked at?

your description is yellow fluid surrounding the wound may be a local reaction to the dressing applied to the incision. However, it always makes sense to have your surgeon take a look at it.
