I had a surgery for testicle torsion it was to remove it as it had died and got infected when i woke up i was yellow skin and eyes this was week ago they said it was gilbert syndrome and my dad also has it im no longer yellow should i be concerned?

Yes, the infection triggers clinical manifestations (scleral icterus and mild jaundice with total bilirubin above 3mg/dL) of Gilbert syndrome which is most often asymptomatic with total bilirubin less than 2 mg/dL.
