4 days ago i had a surgery to remove a testicle as there was a torsion and infection my pee is cloudy and smells funny im on antibiotics and im dehydrated this has been happening since the surgery i think its getting a bit milder what should i do?

Keep yourself well hydrated. Your urinary signs and symptoms merit an immediate urinalysis with culture and sensitivity testing, and urgent follow-up with your urologist.

Testicular torsion and 'infection in pee' are not related. You need to see a Urologist who will find the cause and make you well. In the meantime drink water. Hope you feel better.

Dear Sirs I had epidymo orchitis with epididymitis and hydrocele in right testicle cause by bacterial infection escherihia colli. After full antibiotic treatment only hydrocele left. Will hydrocelle disapear without surgery?
