Yesterday i had hip/groin pain and today i still have it but less severe and i went on a walk and it got worse again should i keep going on walks i think i pinched the nerve so maybe it will help un pinch it?

Pain from the pinched nerve or radiculopathy usually radiates down to the leg posteriorly and you do not have pain if you lie flat on your bed then flexing the ipsilateral hip. If you have pain when doing that, problem will be from the hip joint. You should be active and take ibuprofen as I advised previously. If pain does not improve by Monday or Tuesday, you need to see a doctor by then.

You probably have a sprain/strain. You need rest, Ibuprofen, local heat avoid walking and weight bearing. If not better pl see you MD for exam. Hope you feel better.
