How do you diagnose an acetabular labral tear? groin pain worse at night mostly in bed sleeping. at times i have to place hand on hip/groin to walk

MRI and scope surg--: ery by an Orthopedist who does them regularly. You do need a thorough exam to ensure its not simple arthritis or pain from your back causing all this. I am wondering how you thought of Acetabular labral tear, as in the procedures you haven't mentioned a MRI??
