An echo is a better way of seeing pericardium.

It would be helpful to describe your symptoms. When did you initially have the diagnosis of COVID 19? There may be cardiac conditions associated with COVID 19 infection. It is reassuring that both your chest x ray and cardiac echo are normal. Watch for chest pain, shortness of breath and fever. Discuss a COVID 19 vaccination/booster with your PCP.
