If you did not have significant cardiopulmonary involvement during that covid-19 infection then long covid syndrome is very unlikely. As of this time, the described findings are not commonly listed as symptoms and signs of long covid syndrome although info is still limited. You will need a CT scan of the chest, I expect. I agree with Dr. Le's answer. Those tests didn't shed any light on your post covid palpitations. What did your EKG and outpatient heart monitoring reveal about significant cardiac arrhythmias or EKG abnormalities that may have demonstrated post covid residua of myocarditis? These cardiac abnormalities may show up weeks or months after a covid infection.
