Stuffy nose, st, dry cough began2 weeks ago. improved after 1 week except stuffy nose then 4 days ago nose discharge on right side turned green in color &cheek tender. started zpac 2 days ago. decrease in amount but still green and tender. working??

Sinus cavities are notoriously difficult to treat with a single therapy. Add Warm Saline nasal washes daily to your regimen to clear out mucus and bacteria and take a good decongestant daily (psuedoephedrine 12 hour) to decrease inflammation of the nasal mucosa. these will work together with the antibiotics to completely clear your infection.
