Sinus cavities are notoriously difficult to treat with a single therapy. Add Warm Saline nasal washes daily to your regimen to clear out mucus and bacteria and take a good decongestant daily (psuedoephedrine 12 hour) to decrease inflammation of the nasal mucosa. these will work together with the antibiotics to completely clear your infection.
