Virus: Your symptoms are consistent with a september virus. The cough can linger for two weeks. If you develop a fever or shortness of breath, see your doctor. Try wild wheat honey to soothe your throat and quiet the cough safely.

Bronchospasm...: You likely have bronchospasm from your recent upper respiratory infection. This can be treated with bronchodilator and steroid inhalers so see your doctor asap so this therapy can be initiated. Good luck!

Could be: This time of the year a viral infection is more likely to produce these symptoms and predispose for for bacterial pneumonia. A chest xray would be helpful.

If this is going on for a while it is likely not pneumonia, but reflux or another process. A chest X-ray is helpful, as is seeing your physician.

Not normal: Definitely needs to be evaluated by your doctor. Difficulty breathing does not really go with gynecological issues. I would start with your pcp for that then see obgyn for the rest, .

?Influenza: Although this is an unusual time of year to to have influenza, or a flu-like viral infection, this is possible. What is of concern are the anxiety, delusions and insomnia. You are in an area of the U.S. In which lyme disease is prevalent. Strongly suggest you see your doctor and get diagnosed one way or another. Hope you are better soon.
