Can a post nasal drip cause hearing loss? i have constant ringing and significant hearing loss in my left ear. ct scan came back normal. i was told i have a post nasal drip and i could have allergies?

The entire picture suggests sinus inflammation, and would wonder about involvement of eustachian tube on left side, but would be surprised if the CAT scan was actually totally normal. Agree with an otolaryngologist, as would anticipate easy reversal of symptoms if underlying pathology is directly treated.
