Well : Sinus irrigation is still the most important learn proper technique with noal saline using a proper sprayer. Netty. Pots only clean the nose and do not keep the eustacian tubes clear . Spray with compounded budesonide is often quite useful . Find a patient ENT and staff willing to work with you and not just write scripts . Technique is important
