You don't necessarily have inflammation at all. Inflammation can lower TIBC, not usually raising it. The main tests for inflammation are C-reactive protein (CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR, "sed rate"). Stress probably has only minor effects on inflammation, and exercise often reduces inflammatory responses. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck.

Please describe what your symptoms suggesting body inflammation are. High TIBC is seen in iron deficiency which, at your age, is usually due to menstrual blood loss. Perhaps taking an iron supplement could help any symptoms you're experiencing by improving body iron stores and lowering your TIBC. As has been mentioned, high sed rate & CRP are some signs of inflammation in the body.
