Don’t overthink this: In spite of what you see in some media, there is virtually nothing you can do to “improve your immune system”. Don’t smoke, eat a balanced diet, and get some exercise regularly. Unless you have HIV, profound malnutrition, or a rare generic disease, lifestyle has almost no impact on your immune system. Supplement companies and some ‘alternative practiioners’ would love for you to believe otherwise
