Just finished 14 days of itraconazole capsules (100 mg 2x daily) for resistant ringworm. ringworm faded but not gone. doc rx'd 21 more days of this med at same dose. given the possible liver damage from this drug, is it really worth taking? concerned?

Yes, it is safe to continue. It is not unusual at all we have to use this antifungal medication for more than one month.
