Ive had chronic recurrence of ringworm for 3/4 yrs now.it reappears in the same places about 3 months after oral meds. nothing wrong w/my immune.tests hv shown pos for fungus.doc just prescribed oral itraconazole again.is this problem a danger for me?

Tinea corporis, known as ringworm, often responds well to 3-4 week topical therapy, e.g., OTC Clotrimazole. Skin fungus infection is more of annoyance than a serious health issue.
