I took itraconazole 200mg/day/5 days. how long will this be in my system and when can i safely drink alcohol without worrying about impact on liver?

Itraconazole can: persist for 3-4 days after the last dose, depending on the condition of your liver. I would not drink alcohol for a full week after the last dose, just to be on the safe side, as alcohol together with itraconazole are potent hepatotoxic agents.
