Cramps in the belly are not uncommon. Unless the pain persists for more than 15-20 minutes, it is not likely to be related to your pregnancy. Since there is no vaginal bleeding the baby is expected to be alright, so you need not worry about this episode unless it recurs or there is vaginal bleeding following the cramp/pain..

Agree with Dr. Lehga. For the sake of your peace of mind, you may get tested for HCG level and repeat the test 2-3 days later. In a normal early pregnancy HCG levels more or less double in 2-3 days. Wish you good health and healthy baby!
