This does seem to be a high resting heart rate. Is this your usual or something new? Hopefully you are not doing any type of caffeine products. I would contact your OB/GYN

It is normal for the heart rate to increase during normal pregnancy. The cause/causes include increase in the blood volume, the large shunt from the maternal circulation to the placenta and the fetus. Unless there are other problems, this is not cause for concern. Reassurance may be appropriate.
