So i am 6 weeks 2 days. at 6 weeks we heard the heart beat and saw the yolk sac and everything. today i am having pretty moderate cramps on the side the baby is on, which she said is the left. there's no blood but is this ok? progesterone is 25?

With a positive fetal heart and no bleeding, added progesterone is not indicated, and the pregnancy is progressing. If bleeding and cramping persist, see your OB physician, as additional progesterone may be necessary.
