Im 31 - type6/7 bowels for 3 weeks now, lost 4kg in this time. not much appetite. mc&s stool sample came back clear. waiting for calprotectin levels but taking forever. what could be wrong? no pain. dont feel unwell. just tired?

Because of poor appetite and weight loss, irritable bowel syndrome is less likely. You need blood test to rule out celiac disease and likely you need both upper and lower endoscopy if calprotectin level is high.
