SOUNDS MORE GI: Greasy Float BM's sounds like Pancreatitis. There is insufficient data for me. Do you drink a large amount of alcohol? Do you have Diabetes? DM can make you tired all day & is high risk for Pancreatitis. Patients w Blood sugars >250 do suffer from exhaustion. Do you get 7 hrs of sleep each night? You should seek attn from a local MD &have standard Blood tests drawn for DM, Pancreats, malabsorbtn
