Any abnormal bleeding warrants an in person evaluation by a doctor. It may be as simple as hemorrhoids, but even these can cause enough blood loss to result in anemia. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Take oral iron and vitamins in prevent anemia. Wish you good health!
