The answer is no. Individualization is practiced according to variables such as age, findings on biopsy, presence of metastases, patient& physician preferences,etc. It's best to put yourself in the hands of a skilled urologist,oncologist & radiotherapist, if needed, who will work as a team. I've seen patients travel around the country seeking many opinions only to delay treatment for months.

Good morning to you too. The usual ones are surgery or radiation. The choice depends on a lot of things including , kind of, extent of, co-morbidites, age, personal choice etc
