External Pumps: Your situation is very common after prostate treatments for cancer due to injury to the nerves that control erections. It may be possible to use external pumps to engorge the penis sufficient for penetration or possibly use implants to promote penetration but it is unclear if you will sustain ejaculation if true nerve injury occurred. Check with a urologist who specializes in this area.
