Depends: Treatment needs to be tailored to the needs of the individual patient. Usual treatments are surgery, external radiation, radiation with implanted seeds, hormone and chemotherapy.

Different options : There is no single good treatment for prostate cancer. It depends on the age of the patient, nature of the cancer, and the overall health of the patient. Som Cancers don't need to be treated. Treatment options include surgery, radiation therapy, and cryotherapy.
