Your medical team should have determined that the removal of organs was more conducive to health than leaving them in place. People can undergo some medications, some immunizations, and good medical care to compensate for the spleen/gallbladder/partial pancreas surgery.

Yes, you can survive without the spleen and gallbladder and only half of the pancreas. Good luck and best wishes.

You have to know the reason why you have to have this done. If it has to be done then you can still lead a normal life after it with some meds. Good luck
