Can you still have pain in your spleen even if its not enlarged low platelets normal rbc low wbc. congenital neutropenia normal bm biopsy. constant upper left side but ultrasound of spleen, pancreas, liver and gallbladder is normal. whats the caus?

Splenic pain without anatomic patholoy is very rare. Your docs have to pursue other areas like the abdome, diaphgram etc. Suggest go to an academic center.
