I don’t know your complete history, physical & lab results or the specifics of your case, however in general if you have positive std results you should get treated. The best thing to do is to discuss the positive results with the surgeon this week prior to surgery. It is imp to use condom to prevent stds. Probably no problem with surgery once these infections have been treated, but best to ask your surgeon. What diagnosis requires the surgery? Gonorrhea and chlamydia can ascend through the Fallopian tubes into the abdomen and cause pain in the same area as the gall bladder (Fitz-Hugh Curtis syndrome). If that's the actual problem, maybe surgery isn't needed. Also discuss with your doctor(s).
