Unless you have a family history of colon cancer at an age below 50 years, you are unlikely to have colon cancer. You could talk to your doctor to try for an earlier appointment for colonoscopy. Wish you good health!

Your anxiety is understandable. However there are diagnoses other than cancer that will have to be considered in the differential and that are more likely than cancer. Talking to your primary care doc about what else may be going on and specifically addressing your constipation would definitely help in the interim. Do not forget physical activities and proper hydration aside from diet changes.

There is a good chance that you dont have colon cancer,. Self diagnosing is not good. Be patient and wait for your colonoscopy. Re the symptoms have your MD treat you.
