Had abdominal ultrasound to rule out gallstones. the imaging report also says pancreas: limited evaluation is unremarkable. lipase bloodwork completely normal. is my doctor right to say no concern for pancreatic cancer? no other risk factors?

If the leading diagnosis prior to the ultrasound was gallstones, the test should simply answer that question if gallstones are present or not. If the symptoms suggest the possibility of pancreatic cancer the above tests were non conclusive for pancreatic cancer. Your gastroenterologist remains your best reference at this point.
