High lipase is not the initial or common finding in pancreatic cancer. It is extremely rare to have a pancreatic cancer at age 20.

Pancreatic cancer is highly unlikely at your age. From your questions it appears that the only disorder you have is you obsession about lipase. You can reduce your risk of cancer by adopting healthy habits: Eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid alcohol, tobacco and street drugs, avoid excessive exposure to sun, maintain healthy weight, get HPV vaccine, exercise 30 minutes each day, drink more water.

Your chances of Ca of Pancreas is extremely remote to none. This should be co=related with any symptoms you have and may be repeated to rule out error if all ither tests are normal and you are asymptomatic. Let the ordering MD decide. I think you will be OK
