I take 50mcg of levothyroxine in the morning for my hypothyroidism, i just started taking 15mg of adderall and im not sure if im allowed to take them at the same time, or wait an hour after the thyroid for the adderall?

There are no drug interactions between Synthroid and Adderall. However, for Synthroid, you will have to take it in the morning 30-60 minutes before eating on an empty stomach, or 3-4 hours after the last meal.

You should take levothyroxine alone with empty stomach for at least 2 hours and do not take any thing else within one hour after taking levothyroxine. You should take adderall not early than one after taking levothyroxine. So the best time to do that will be the first thing in the morning after you get out of the bed.
