Hi i have hypothyroidism and i do understand that slimfast has soy in it. is it safe to drink ? i believe soy affects the thyroid gland. i am also on levothyroxine as a thyroid replacement and i take it every day.

Should be fine: As long as you aren't drinking huge quantities of soy then you should be fine. Have your blood tests done in about 2-3 weeks to see if any adjustment of the levothyroxine needs to be made.
