For a year i have had hearing loss tinnitus dizziness intermittent hoarseness when speaking pins and needles in face, arms, hands, legs sharp stabbing pains in ears neck pain headache in back of head an mri of my iams was normal who should i see?

Apparently your MRI ruled out the presence of an acoustic neuroma. I recommend consulting a neurologist for examination & appropriate testing. For the hearing loss,ear pains & hoarseness an otolaryngologist should also provide input.
