Neurologic: Could be best diagnosed by neurologist. Rule out ms, neuropathy or other pathology.

Get full workup: For these multiple and profound symptoms, i recommend you get a thorough exam . Start with a well respected internist. They will recommend other specialists if necessary, depending on what is diagnosed!
