Dizzy when lying down for more than 10 minutes. even in my sleep. no spinning. just so dizzy i even dream about it.arm nerve pain at night sometimes. neck pain & head pressure at base of lower head. relieved with exercise only. brain mri normal?

You should see a neurologist to find out why you are experiencing this. It could also be due to an inner ear abnormality so an ENT doctor may need to see you. Hopefully, your doctors can figure out what is wrong and treat it. Good luck!
