At the age of 10 i broke my left arm and recently i started weight training and i found out that i can't make a full supination in that arm (supination plays a big role in working on the biceps short head) is there something to do about it?

Do the exercises that you can do comfortably and do not push it. With practice you may be able to get improvement in movement of your joints, including improved supination. Wish you good health!
