I started weight training few months ago and found out that i can't supinate my left wrist which is very important for biceps short head exercises. it is 100% confirmed and i'm doing exercises correctly. should i go see a orthopedic or physiologist?

If it hurts to supinate your wrist, you might have injured your ligaments in your wrist or you are working out too much without taking days off to recover. It would be appropriate to see an orthopaedic hand and upper extremity surgeon for an evaluation.

Limitations with range of motion can have multiple causes. If there is no injury it can be congenital. If there has been an injury it could be related to muscle or ligament injury.
