Biceps : Biceps tendinitis, may have symptoms of burning pain at the front of the shoulder, tightness i the biceps muscle ( depending upon forearm rotation and elbow position) there are several causes and associated problems but overhead activity usually exacerbates this. If symptoms persist talk to your pcp regarding an evaluation and anti inflammatories or see an orthopedic surgeon.

Biceps tendonitis: Appears to involve both the distal biceps tendon and the proximal bi ceps tendon anterior to the shoulder. With elbow at 90 degrees takes tension of the tendons so less discomfort. Seek care with pcp or hand surgeon.
