Sharp pain in upper left arm bicep/elbow whenever i move the arm in certain ways/positions, especially raising above head or straightening it out.

Tendonitis: If there is no history of recent injury, I suspect you have tendonitis of either the shoulder or elbow and are experiencing radiation if the discomfort toward one or the other. Try to pinpoint whether the main inflammation is in the shoulder or elbow by moving them or pressing on them. Either way, try taking anti-inflammatory medication like Advil or Aleve for a week.
