Though this is an abnormal reading it seems inaccurate. one BP measurement does not diagnose HBP. take it for several days under normal conditions

At your age this this is normal after stress. Just keep monitoring your pressure. If stressed out and if second reading[diastolic] is over a 100 than seek a doctors advice. Try to find a way as not to be so stressed at work.
