Is there a source: of your stress that can be identified? If so it may also be beneficial to identify small tangible elements that you have the greatest autonomy to impact and place effort there. When stress is overwhelming people often get absorbed by elements that they have little ability to impact. Successfully attaining small goals on a day to day basis can help mitigate stressful thoughts.
