Been logging my Bp a few times a day. Current taking 25mg of metoprolol. Is it normal for Bp to fluctuate from 101/69 to 117/75 and back again over the course of 3 min? Will 25mg of metoprolol cause the Bp to go lower. I take it for tachycardia?
