It will depend on the cause of your kidney problem. If low K then correcting that may correct the noctural polyuria. If it is just the kidney disease itself the the problem is related to not being able to reabsorb enough water from your urine at night. Or you are eating too much salt. Discuss with your Drs.

Nocturnal poly urea can be due to more urine produced at night due to a disturbance in the hormone balance (antidiuretic hormone) there are medications to help that. Pl see your Nephrologist for it. Good luck
