Urinating at night is a common symptom of CKD. Making sure blood pressure is under perfect control, BPH is appropriately treated, the same for diabetes, sleep apnea etc. can reduce nocturia, though if it is strictly due to CKD there are no treatments for it.

Unfortunately, there is no specific treatment for CKD related nocturia. CKD related nocturia happens because more blood flow to the kidneys in supine position and the sick kidneys lose the ability to concentrate the urine which is naturally a function of healthy kidneys. You may alleviate the volume somewhat with limiting fluid intake after the dinner. If symptomatic BPH is present, treat that.
