Colovesicular fistula can be associated with acute or chronic bladder infection and mild thrombocytosis (high platelet count) is usually present in inflammatory condition.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, inflammation associated with the fistula is the likely cause of elevated platelet counts. Wish you good health!
