Unlikely that the vaccine is affecting significantly your platelet counts that remain in the normal range. In case the trend is sustained and they keep dropping workup will be needed for an actual cause. Your current physician will remain your best reference as context is missing otherwise as why you have serial platelet counts, current conditions, treatments, symptoms, etc.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the change in your platelet counts is not likely to be related to Covid vaccination. Wish you good health!
